• Payment information needed to process enrollments and subscriptions. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are for a single user. You may not share, sell or transfer access to a course or subscription unless you hold a team or group license.
• You must be at least 16 to hold an account; learners aged 13–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Enrollment, payment and subscriptions

• Prices are shown at enrollment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
• Live cohorts and mentorship packs are subject to the schedules and expiration terms described at purchase and on the Programs page.
• We may change prices and program offerings; changes do not affect a program you've already paid for in that term.

Refunds

Our refund terms are set out on the Programs & pricing page and form part of these Terms. In short: self-paced courses include a 14-day refund if less than 25% complete; cohort seats are refundable up to 7 days before the start date; subscriptions are not refunded for partial periods.

License to use content

When you enroll, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly offered), republish, resell or share the materials, or use them to build a competing offering. All courses, videos, text, graphics and the Mentoryxa name and logo are owned by Mentoryxa or its instructors and are protected by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the assignments, projects and posts you create ("your content"). You grant us a license to host and display your content as needed to operate the platform and provide feedback. You are responsible for your content and confirm it does not infringe others' rights or violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Be respectful in community spaces and live sessions. Harassment, hate speech and cheating are not allowed.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

Mentors and instructors

Mentors and instructors share their own knowledge and opinions. Guidance offered through the platform is educational and is not professional, legal, financial or career advice on which you should solely rely. Decisions you make based on our programs are your own.

No guarantee of outcomes

We work hard to deliver high-quality education, but we do not guarantee any specific result, including employment, income, certification recognized by any third party, or passing any external exam. Your results depend on your effort and factors outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentoryxa's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hardin County, Kentucky.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with its effective date applies, and continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
